Welcome to Life & Learn. We are a publishing company specialising in literature about autism, mental health and spirituality.

As our name would suggest, we really value learning and we aim to bring new and innovative books on various topics out to inspire those who are interested in learning more.

With that said, we are not just about books. We also learn through other ways, such as creating and conceptualising, which is why we have a dedicated section on our website for projects, especially artwork.

Seeing works of art helps to understand something that words cannot always express and we would like to showcase various (autistic) artists of different abilities and their talents and creativity. That way, we can get a glimpse of their world and there is nothing more inspiring than that.

We also bring to you a ‘Resources’ section, where we upload various guides, information booklets and other relevant information on various themes.

Rest assured, knowledge and learning never stops and this is our way of contributing and helping others along this journey.

As for our blog, we will feature posts by inspiring contributors, authors and artists and have this space also as a knowledge base.
