Shengwei is 34 years old and was born in the UK and is of Chinese ethnicity. He has a diagnosis of autism. He has shown remarkable natural artistic skills and has taken part in many exhibitions. He also held a very successful one man exhibition in Hastings based around the boats, tractors and gear on the Fishermens’ Beach. He is currently working towards an exhibition of drawings of flowers.
